A key client of ours identified the need to give his team some investment. Investment a number of levels, in fact. Firstly, offering them some time to get to know each other - off site. Secondly, to broaden the team's understanding of their current performance. Thirdly, to outline the impact of personalities on the team their delivery. Through a range a designed activities including games, discussions, questionnaires and role plays the participants developed effective strategies to manage;
- An overall awareness of the inherent differences between team members
- Enhanced communication at and between all levels
- Overcoming potential barriers to effective working within the team
