Liz has worked in the people development arena for 8 years.  Following a year teaching English at Nanterre University, Paris, she spent the early part of her career as an auditor with Deloitte where she worked with a diverse portfolio of clients from small OMBs to plcs.  She then moved to Deloitte’s learning and development team where she managed and developed graduate induction training for the UK firm, and developed the programme for Andersen staff joining following the transaction between the two firms.

Liz is fascinated with the process of transformation, and with the use of storytelling in helping individuals and groups reach their full potential.  Liz is an extremely creative facilitator, and uses a coaching approach to facilitation in order to help people to engage deeply with new learning.  She has extensive experience working with cross-cultural groups.  Based on her PhD, she is interested in helping people become more strategic in negotiating outer and inner realities to maximise their value in the process of growing to maturity.
